First shipment: First delivery to begin within 45-55 days after receipt and acceptance of contract and SBLC MT 760 by Buyer.

Payment Terms:

  • SBLC MT 760 - Irrevocable, Transferable, unconditional by TOP- 25 - Bank for 12 Month + until contract mature Open SBLC MT 760: (one month value).
  • Payment: Seller’s Bank issues presentation of Documents to Buyer Bank (every shipments), Buyer Bank pay every shipments MT 103 to SellerBank.

Inspection: SGS or equivalent the choice and costs of the Seller.
Performance Bond: 2% value of the first month shipment.

Procedures:

  1. The Seller Sends FCO
  2. Buyer SendsSignedICPO withBCLasperAnnexe‘A’toissueMT760andcapabilitytopaybyMT103/TT upon presentation of the shippingdocuments
  3. Seller will present the draft contract for acceptance by the Buyer. Contract goes through normal negotiation and validationperiod.

  5. Buyer returns the draft contract by exchanging it by facsimile or Email attachment, duly signed andsealed, within 24 hours, the draft copy will be deemed legal until hard copiesexchanged.
  6. Buyer bank issues SWIFT SBLC MT 760 : (one month value) issued and confirmed by TOP 25(as per Verbiage attached), to receive the Seller Bank within 3 (three) workingdays.
  7. Within 5 to 7 banking days Seller’s bank shall issue 2% performance guarantee to buyer’s bank. This guarantee shall stay in place for the duration of thecontract.
  8. The delivery and forwarding begin immediately according to thecontract.
  9. SellerpresentsfullshippingdocumentstoBuyer’sbank.Buyer’sbankreleasespaymentsimmediately.
  10. All Banking charges including confirmation from the Buyer Bank shall be borne by the buyer andall banking charges incurred by the Seller at Seller Bank shall be borne by theSeller.
  11. Subsequent shipments are 30 days apart. Each shipment paid for within 3 banking days of shipping documents presented to the buyer.

Preliminaries

Step 1 – Buyer emails LOI (Letter of Intent) to Seller

Step 2 – Seller accepts LOI and emails SCO (Soft Corporate Offer) or FCO (Full
Corporate Offer) as the case may be, along with the Specifications to the Buyer.

Step 3 - Buyer accepts SCO/ FCO and issues ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) in favor of seller.

Step 4 - Seller accepts ICPO and e-mails Draft Sale Contract to Buyer

Step 5 - Buyer accepts and returns Sale Contract electronically signed & stamped, by email

Step 6 - Seller also electronically signs and stamps the Sale Contract and e-mails the copy back to the Buyer.


Export Procedure

(Transactions)
(No Financial Instrument is compulsory. Instead, a Letter from Buyer Bank, Proof of Fund (POF) confirming sufficient fund in Buyer account to cover the Invoice value is sufficient)

Step 1 - Seller prepares the shipment with his own investments in Manufacture, Insurance, Transport, Freight, Shipping, Customs etc. Seller is the End-Seller and Exporter of the commodity.

Step 2 - Seller loads the goods on to the Vessel through a reputed Shipping Company and collects the Original Bill of Lading, Insurance Policy and other Shipping documents. Shipping completed and Vessel sails to Destination.

Payment at Port of Loading (50%)
(Between Buyer and Seller)

Step 3 – Seller immediately emails and couriers to the Buyer, First Originals of the following Key Shipping Documents (From Seller directly to Buyer by DHL)

Original signed and stamped Commercial Invoice.

Bill of Lading (B/L) First Original, clean, shipped on Board and marked ‘Freight Pre-Paid’ issued in favor of the Buyer/Buyer Bank/Buyer Financier, whoever applicable, mentioning Gross and Net weight and Delivery terms Marine Insurance Policy/Certificate First Original for 110% of the Invoice value endorsed to the order of the Buyer/Buyer Bank/Buyer Financier, whoever applicable, covering ‘All Risks’.

In addition, Email copies of the following Documents concealing sensitive areas also will be sent.

Packing List Original.
Original Certificate of Quality and Quantity from the SGS of the Loading Port.
Warranty Certificate – Original
Phyto Sanitary Certificate – Original.
Beneficiary’s Declaration – Original.
ISCC (for EU if applicable).
and any other certificate/document that the Buyer stipulates.

Step 4 – Buyer, within 24 working hours from receipt of the above, waving all objections, transfers 50% of the Invoice value to the credit of the Seller’s Bank account, by MT/103 (Shipping Company reserves the right to re-sell/re-route the goods in case of the non- compliance of this clause).

Payment at Discharge Port (Balance if any)

Step 5 – On receipt of the proceeds of the first transfer in Seller’s account, Seller Bank couriers by DHL the rest of Hard Shipping Documents to Buyer Bank, as follows:

Bill of Lading (B/L) Second Original, clean, shipped on Board and marked ‘Freight Pre-Paid’ issued in favor of the Buyer/Buyer Bank/Buyer Financier, whoever applicable, mentioning Gross and Net weight and Delivery terms.

Marine Insurance Policy/Certificate Second Original for 110% of the Invoice value endorsed to the order of the Buyer/Buyer Bank/Buyer Financier, whoever applicable, covering ‘All Risks’.

Original Certificate of Origin – Form A.
Packing List Original.
Original Certificate of Quality and Quantity from the SGS of the Loading Port.
Warranty Certificate - Original
Phyto Sanitary Certificate – Original.

Step 6 - Buyer takes delivery from Port of Discharge, with the above documents after SGS clearance.

Step7 – Buyer Bank transfers balance, 50%, to Seller’s account, within 15 days from date of delivery.
